Charge sheets obtained by the Bendigo Advertiser show the victims of the alleged offences of exposing emergency workers to risk and assaulting emergency workers were police officers.
It is alleged that Mr Walker engaged in erratic driving that saw him collide with police vehicles and put people at risk of serious injury.
These alleged offences occurred at Hawthorn on Monday, November 2.
Mr Walker is accused of committing several burglaries on businesses in Bendigo and Castlemaine between late September and late October, stealing items valued at more than $44,800.
It is alleged Mr Walker broke into a Bendigo home while an occupant was inside and stole car keys and a Mitsubishi Triton.
The charge sheets show he is also accused of stealing registration plates and petrol.
On November 5, police allege, Mr Walker ran red lights, drove at high speed and crossed onto the wrong side of the road while being pursued by police.
