When Justin McPhail and Nick Horgan opened burger joint Hustler just over a year ago, they didn't think they would be expanding by the end of 2020.

But an opportune listing allowed them to move Hustler into the old Exchange bar in High Street and shift their other venture - chicken and beer business Flight Bar - into Lyttleton Terrace.
"We weren't really considering it, we just wanted to have a look through. There weren't too any places available with a kitchen set up," Mr McPhail said. "The old Exchange also went into liquidation, so we had the opportunity to purchase some stuff for a very good price."

The moves of Flight Bar and Hustler mean more capacity for both businesses.
Flight Bar can now host 16 people (eight inside, eight outside) at its new home in Lyttleton Terrace - up from the five people it could host at Centreway Arcade.
Meanwhile, Hustler can now host up 70 people outside and 20 people inside under coronavirus restrictions.
Hustler and Flight Bar's fast growth has been a bit of a surprise for Mr McPhail and Mr Horgan.
"The way Hustler was growing, even through COVID, showed us we needed (more) space sooner than expected," Mr McPhail said.
"Like any business during this time, we were getting ready for frank discussions. Thankfully our strength of brand and businesses have a heavy online presence and we were able to adjust our hours and staff without losing anyone."
Flight Bar was established four years ago while Hustler opened in mid-2019.
"It's easy to look back fondly (on opening Flight Bar) but we were smashing some hours. It was six days a week from 10am until 9pm for months," Mr Horgan said.
"The uniqueness of Flight helped it grow and we kept building on what we know. The big thing is we never taken off more than we can chew.
"Flight operated its first few months without a (liquor) licence, that allowed us to figure out the space. It was the same with Hustler.
"We are taking huge leap hear but are trying to take it as best we can and not overwhelm ourselves."

Hustler's new location has a separate restaurant and takeaway areas and will also operate as a late night bar.
"Having High Street frontage and a big yellow sign (makes us) stick out," Mr McPhail said. "We have strong customer base from the bank as well, being on their doorstep will be handy.
"It will operate as a restaurant definitely but also as a late night bar with beer taps. Nick has expertise there as ciceron (beer expert).
"This weekend will be real test with some blues music on Friday night and Sunday. When restrictions ease we hope to be a big part of the city's festival-style events."
