That's Classic and the Modern Follies will hit the airwaves on October 31, following its official launch this weekend.
Members Hannah Raven, Kyrilee Bodin, JB Bodin, James Shaw and Scott Middleton have spent coronavirus lockdown creating and material in the style of the classic radio play comic sketches from the 1920s and beyond.

"We're not trying to make any modern day reference, it more about paying homage to the classics but trying to engage it with a contemporary audience," Middleton said.
"Our company as a whole is interested in bridging that gap and breathing new life (into a classic format).
"A lot of the sketches we have written could be done on stage, so it's nice to stimulate the imagination of listeners, that's what radio plays do best."
The company was six years in the making and debuted with a revue show in Bendigo last December.
To create the podcast, Bendigo members had to send recording equipment to the Melbourne-based Middleton and Sydneysider Raven.
"We wanted to keep the momentum going an had talked about potentially doing radio play-style show," Middleton said.
"We were sent equipment so we could do record and after lots of zoom meetings and shared documents we started doing sketches.
"James Shaw had the task of editing and has done a sensational job doing that and adding some effects."
Middleton also appreciated being able to create work while in lockdown.
"To have a creative outlet when so much of the arts has been taken away from us has been a gift," he said.
"We are super happy with it. Personally, being in a strict lockdown, this has been a release and way to keep making and being artist."
That's Classic have also entered a separate radio play into the online Melbourne Fringe Festival.
Titled Unwatchable, it will be available online through the Melbourne Fringe Festival Digital Event between November 16 and 29.
"it's a similar style to the podcast and we're happy to say we're the only show at the Fringe that is proud to be unwatchable," Middleton said. "It is a separate stand alone episode (to the podcast)."
That's Classic and the Modern Follies launches its podcast on October 31. The live Facebook launch is the That's Classic Entertainment Facebook page on October 25 from 8pm.
