A dead eagle was found along Bartys Road next to Myrtle Creek on 27 July.
A second dead little eagle was found nearby on 8 September.

A vet examined both animals but was unable to establish causes of death.
In Victoria, native wildlife is protected under the Wildlife Act 1975.
Killing or harming wildlife is considered a serious offence.
The state's conservation regulator is investigating the deaths and it and Crime Stoppers have urged anyone with information to come forward.
"Even the smallest piece of information could be crucial," Crime Stoppers said in a statement.
