An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics called to the tractor rollover in Girgarre treated one patient.
That person, a teenager, was assessed at the scene and flown by air ambulance to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with suspected upper and lower body injuries.
"Paramedics were called to an incident in Girgarre (at) about 11.45am," the spokesperson said.
"A teenager was flown by the air ambulance helicopter to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition with lower body injuries."

Emergency services are on the scene of a tractor rollover on Brewer Road, Girgarre.
CFA, SES, Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria were called to the scene at 11.45am.
A SES spokesperson said no extrication was necessary when the Rushworth and Tatura crews arrived on scene.

A Victoria Police spokesman said an air ambulance had been requested but that there were no serious injuries reported.
The tractor remains upside down on the road at the intersection of Brewer and Winter roads with SES crews managing traffic.
