The $90 million build is slated to reach completion by mid-2022 and will house City of Greater Bendigo staff alongside state government employees.

The early works, expected to conclude at the end of the year, will create 46 jobs, including four apprenticeships and traineeships.
When completed, the GovHub is expected to inject more than $130 million into the Bendigo economy and generate 100 jobs during construction.
"The demolition is a really exciting step for the GovHub and we're sure locals will be thrilled to watch the progress of its construction," an RDV spokesperson said.
