Regional Victoria has eight active cases of the virus - three in Greater Shepparton and five in the Mitchell Shire.
"The most recent outbreaks are a reminder for people to remain vigilant and stay the course," a Bendigo Health spokesperson said.

"This outbreak (in Shepparton) is also a reminder of the importance to keep track of where you have been and places you have visited."
In the past week Bendigo Health has done 1498 COVID-19 tests.
The active cases in Greater Shepparton and Kilmore in the Mitchell Shire are linked to a Melbourne truck driver who is connected to the Chadstone cluster.
The truck driver travelled through Shepparton on September 30 and also brought the virus to Kilmore when they stopped at Oddfellows Cafe.
Victorian premier Daniel Andrews said the truck driver will be referred to Victoria Police. He said it was disappointing the Melbourne driver didn't disclose his time in Shepparton after he told contact tracers he had been in Kilmore.
"There are infections in Shepparton today that we know of and there is almost certainly going to be more that were all completely preventable if this individual had told the full story," Mr Andrews said.
"He wouldn't have gotten into trouble for telling the whole story. It is only when you don't that we all have problems. We all have a challenge that is greater than it should be."

"There are a number of tools available to us to keep the virus contained," the spokesperson said.
"If you have even the mildest of symptoms, please get tested and self isolate after testing. Please remember to wear a mask, wash your hands, practice social distancing and stay at home if you are unwell."
