Bakers Delight bakeries across Bendigo are once again supporting Breast Cancer Network Australia's Pink Bun campaign.

Normally held in May, this year's October campaign will see every Bakers Delight bakery across Australia donate 100 per cent of the sale of its iconic pink bun to BCNA.
Bakers Delight Bendigo Marketplace franchisee Wayne Connors said customers wholeheartedly supporting the fundraising campaign.

"People are very happy to buy the pink buns," Mr Connors said.
"We make 240 per day.
"The buns are essentially like our fingers buns, which we make daily, but are round with pink topping and 100s and 1000s."
Through the 20-year partnership, Bakers Delight has raised more than $20 million for BCNA, with this year's funds to go towards providing information and support to men and women diagnosed with the disease.
This includes developing the free online resource, My Journey, which provides reliable information tailored to a person's individual diagnosis and treatment.
"Bakers Delight has supported BCNA for 20 years, donating $20 million, which is just fantastic," Mr Connors said.
"We sell the buns for $1.50 each or six for $7.
"They have always been popular in May and we hope they will be just as popular in October now that the campaign has changed months."
BCNA chief executive Kirsten Pilatti said more than 20,000 women and men are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.
"We know that number increases every year, which is why this campaign holds such a special place in the hearts of communities across Australia," Ms Pilatti said.
"We are so grateful to Bakers Delight for their generosity, as well as the unwavering support of communities, as it allows BCNA to be there for those who need us."
