Regional Victoria has seen no new COVID-19 cases and the number of active cases continues to fall.
Premier Daniel Andrews announced at Wednesday's press conference that there were just two active cases in regional areas - one less than Tuesday.
Meanwhile, an outbreak in Kilmore remains at two cases.
Department of Health and Human Services testing commander Jeroen Weimar said more than 200 people were tested in Kilmore on Tuesday.
Mr Weimar said the cafe linked to the two cases had kept "excellent" records and health services had followed up with 177 people as a result.
These people, and their families, are now self-isolating and will be tested.
Mr Weimar reiterated the call that anyone who visited Oddfellows Cafe in Kilmore between September 30 and October 3 come forward for testing, regardless of how long they were in the establishment or whether they had symptoms.
Mr Andrews again urged anyone in the state with signs of COVID-19 to get tested.
"If you've got symptoms, any symptoms... Don't wait until tomorrow, go get tested today," he said.
Mr Weimar said the outbreak in Kilmore was identified because a waitress got tested early on, when her symptoms began.
The cases in Kilmore are linked to a cluster of cases centred on Chadstone shopping centre, which has grown to 31 cases.
Meanwhile, Mr Andrews has also taken the press conference as an opportunity to ask Victorians to monitor the VicEmergency website and app, and SES website, ahead of possible flooding.
Earlier
Six more people have tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, the latest Department of Health and Human Services figures reveal.
This is the smallest daily increase since last Monday, September 28, and a significant drop from the 15 new cases reported on Tuesday.
However, another two people have lost their lives.
The state's rolling 14-day average of new cases has fallen to 10.2 as of October 6, down from 10.9 the previous day.
But regional Victoria's rolling average has remained steady, at 0.3 new cases per day.
Further details will come on Wednesday, but as of Tuesday, there were three active COVID-19 cases in regional Victoria, two of which were in Kilmore in Mitchell Shire.
These were linked to a person who travelled to the town from Melbourne on a permit.
That person is a close contact of a case linked to the Chadstone outbreak.
As of Tuesday, there were no active cases in central Victoria.
