Paramedics were called to the property near Logan-Wedderburn Road shortly before 10.15am.
The man was taken to Bendigo Hospital via road ambulance with upper body injuries.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the man was taken to hospital in what appeared to be a stable condition.
Firefighters from Wedderburn attended the scene.

A Country Fire Authority spokesperson said firefighters were called in response to burning leaves.
They had the fire under control shortly before 10.30am.
