GOULBURN Valley league 200-gamer Dylan Cuttriss is pulling the boots back on with Marong in the Loddon Valley league.
Cuttriss played more than 200 games with Rochester, including in the Tigers' 2008 premiership before retiring after the 2018 season.
However, the classy forward will return to the field in 2021 with Marong as the Panthers' busy recruiting under new coach Linton Jacobs continues.
While the majority of Cuttriss' senior career has been played at Rochester, he had a one-season stint with Colbinabbin in 2012, kicking 45 goals.
"He's played 200 games in the Goulburn Valley league, is a premiership player and life member at Rochester. He's been a gun small forward, so to have someone of his experience and calibre is a massive bonus for us," Jacobs said on Tuesday.
"We think he'll be a difficult match-up for opposition defences, but he also has that flexibility where we could play him off half-back and his leadership is going to be huge."
As well as Cuttriss, the Panthers have also added 2017 Wycheproof-Narraport premiership player Adrian Pappin to their list of recruits.
"Pepsi has played the past couple of years at Deniliquin and won their goalkicking both years," said Jacobs, who is also a cricket team-mate of Pappin at Strathdale-Maristians.
"We'll look to use him both back and forward, so he gives us that flexibility.
"He's played mainly forward the past couple of years, but when he was at Wyche when he won a flag he played in variety of roles back and forward and even on a wing at stages.
"Again, he is an experienced player and gives us a big body that we're looking for and plays with a physical presence. We're excited to have him on board."
Marong signings so far - Corey Gregg, Richard Tibbett, Cory Jacobs, Kain Robins, Dylan Cuttriss, Adrian Pappin.
