Brett Arnett will now take on the role as club president, replacing Matthew Ferrari who has been named as co-delegate.
Jon Wilson as vice-president, Pam Arnett as secretary, Tom Ceveri as treasurer and Harold Arnett as delegate.
Phil Stradbrook has taken the important role of circuit officer, while Rani Jobe will be the new COVID officer, Trina Arnett as publicity officer and Heath Jelbart as canteen officer.
After the easing of restrictions the club can now return to racing and is gearing up for its first meet this weekend, a combined day with Rochester Cart Club.
However, strict COVID-19 rules remain in place.
"In the simplest terms, this basically means only the people that are directly involved in participating (drivers, mechanics, club personnel and officials) should be in attendance," Karting Victoria said.
