The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion will reopen on Wednesday following its second closure of the year.
Located in Myers Flat, the Great Stupa has been closed for more than two months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It will open seven days a week from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
"We are really looking forward to welcoming back visitors from regional Victoria," marketing office Alyce Crosbie said.
"This week our Visitor Centre and StupaView café are getting a deep clean in preparation for the re-opening, as part of our COVID Safe Plan. The StupaView café will be open... and our beautiful grounds will be open to explore."
The Great Stupa was anticipating high visitation this year after completing construction of the exterior of the stupa at the beginning of the year.
In January, the final pieces were added to the top of the building to reach its total height of 48 metres.
Staff are also planning their annual Vegecareian Festival to be an online event on November 20 and 21.
