THERE are still two active COVID-19 cases in central Victoria.
Data released from the Department of Health and Human Services on Friday showed one active case listed in Greater Bendigo and another active case in the Macedon Ranges.

There was one new COVID-19 case confirmed in regional Victoria overnight, the state government confirmed.
Premier Daniel Andrews said the infection was reported in the Geelong corridor.
There are now 30 active cases in regional Victoria, meaning the 14-day rolling average for new infections for the regions is 2.3.
The statewide total for active cases is 920.
Officials used the premier's daily briefing to provide an update on a cluster of infections in Melbourne's outer south-east.
There are 90 active cases in the Casey region, including 34 linked to five households.
Mr Andrews again urged people with mild symptoms to ensure they get tested.
There were 15,910 test results finalised across Victoria overnight.

Victoria has gone above 20,000 coronavirus cases with 45 new cases confirmed overnight along with five deaths related to the virus.
The daily number brings Victoria's total number of cases to 20,015 with a total of 750 deaths related to COVID-19.

Education minister James Merlino announced yesterday that regional Victorian primary school students would return to school on October 5.

Years 11 and 12 students will also return the same week - the first week of term four - for assessments and the General Achievement Test.
The remainder of secondary school students will return on October 12.
