Bendigo cycling product Jack Haig has finished 10th overall in Italy at the Tirreno-Adriatico.

The race, which is also known as the "Race of the Two Seas", featured eight challenging stages with some of the world's best riders in the mix.
Haig, who was riding with Mitchelton-SCOTT finished the race with a final time of 32h 10' 44", which was 3' 10" behind overall winner and teammate Simon Yates (32h 07' 34").
In the team classification Mitchelton-SCOTT finished fourth with an overall time of 96h 40' 43", which was 10' 44" behind winner Team Sunweb.
Haig will remain in Italy in preparations for the UCI Road World Championships to be held in Imola later this month.
Haig, 27, joins Simon Clarke, Luke Durbridge, Lucas Hamilton, Jai Hindley, Damien Howson, Michael Matthews and Richie Porte in a powerful eight-man Australian team to contest the men's elite road race.
