The number of coronavirus cases in central Victoria remained unchanged on Tuesday.
Greater Bendigo had one active infection, and had 105 cases since the start of the pandemic.
The only other active infection in the region was in the Macedon Ranges Shire, where the overall total of cases was steady at 58.
There were no active cases in any of the Mount Alexander, Central Goldfields, Loddon, Campaspe or Buloke shires.
The state government announced earlier today that regional Victoria will move to the third step of eased COVID-19 restrictions from 11.59pm on Wednesday.
It means that limitations on movement, including the 'four reasons' rule for leaving home, will be lifted.

For the first time in weeks, Victoria has recorded no coronavirus deaths in the past 24 hours.
As regional Victorians wait to news of potential changes to Victorian restrictions, , the state has seen 42 new cases and no deaths in the past 24 hours.
It takes the Victorian coronavirus case total to 19,914 with the number of deaths remaining at 729.
The 14-day rolling average for Victoria stands at 3.6.

Central Victoria still has two active cases with one listed in Greater Bendigo and another in the Macedon Ranges Shire.
There were no new or active cases in the Mount Alexander, Central Goldfields, Gannawarra, Campaspe, Loddon, and Buloke Shires.
Victorian premier Daniel Andrews is expected to make announcements about regional Victoria being ready to take the next step in the COVID-19 recovery roadmap today.
"Hopefully we can have some very good news for regional Victorians tomorrow," he said yesterday.
"We are very pleased to think we will be able to take those big steps, but safe steps.
"We will have more to say tomorrow and hopefully we will have no mystery cases between now and then."

Regional parts of the state took the second step on the roadmap on Monday with residents now able to socialise with one other household outdoors and people living along able to nominate one person to join their social bubble.
