POLICE FINES
* 346 fines issued in the last 24 hours, including 25 for not wearing a face covering, 46 for curfew breaches and 23 at vehicle checkpoints. It includes at least 176 fines issued on Sunday at the Queen Victoria Market protest
RESTRICTIONS
* Stage four across metropolitan Melbourne, including a 9pm-5am curfew, 5km travel limit, two-hour outdoor exercise limit, widespread workforce shutdowns
* As of Monday, the curfew has started an hour later at 9pm and runs until 5am. People who live alone will be able to nominate a friend or family member who can visit them, and two hours of daily exercise is allowed
