Seymour made a brilliant 100 and Conway added 59 as Waratah posted 7-256 off its 50 overs against Darwin.
The duo opened the batting and put on 138 for the first wicket before Conway was dismissed for 59 off 97 balls, including seven boundaries.
Seymour set the tone for the innings by hitting three boundaries in the opening over of the match.
He brought up his century off the first ball of the 42nd over, but was dismissed the next ball he faced for 100 off 113 bals, including 10 boundaries.
In reply, Darwin lost two early wickets and never looked like troubling the Waratah total.
Darwin was eventually bowled out for 132 in the 42nd over.
Seymour's off-spinners weren't required, while wicket-keeper Conway took two catches and completed one stumping.
Third-placed Palmerston upset second-placed Southern Districts in the other semi-final to earn a berth against Waratah in next Saturday's grand final.
Seymour and Conway will be team-mates for Essendon in this summer's Victorian Premier Cricket competition.
