Data from the Department of Health and Human Services released on Monday showed the number of active cases in the Macedon Ranges had dropped from three on Sunday to one on Monday.
The total number of cases in the municipality also dropped from 58 to 57.

A DHHS spokesperson said numbers were subject to change as cases were followed up and data was analysed.
There were no changes in Greater Bendigo, with four active coronavirus cases listed in the municipality on Monday.
The Campaspe Shire was the only other local government area in central Victoria with active cases. There were two active COVID-19 cases listed on Monday.
There were no changes to case numbers in the Mount Alexander, Central Goldfields, Loddon, Gannawarra, and Buloke shires. There were no active cases in any of those local government areas.
A DHHS spokesperson said the daily average COVID-19 case number in regional Victoria was 5.3.
A two-week average of less than five new cases daily is one of the metrics regional Victoria must meet before it can take the 'third step' in the plan to move out of COVID-19 restrictions.
The other is zero new cases with an unknown source over 14 days.
The local government area breakdown came after the state recorded 41 new cases and nine deaths on Monday.
Eight of the nine deaths were connected to aged care.
There were 266 people in hospital, of whom 25 were receiving intensive care and 17 on ventilators.
