He and partner Gemma welcomed Kenzie Maree into the world at 9.50am this morning.
"It was pretty exciting. We weren't expecting her to come today because the first (child's birth) was a bit longer in terms of labour time," he said.
More news:
Kenzie is a younger sister to Chaise.
"I'm spewing that the little fella can't be here to meet her as well. It's pretty sad," Mr Ozimek said.
"Hopefully he can do that tomorrow, from what they (the medical staff) are thinking."
The couple had found that the COVID-19 pandemic had made delivering the baby a little bit harder than the first time around.
"You can't really go anywhere. You can't leave the room," Mr Ozimek said.
"But it is what it is. That's the way the world is at the minute. You've got to do the right thing."
