Mr Khun and his brother Chan opened Country Cob Bakery in 2016 after selling their original bakery in Doncaster.
Mr Khun said while the previous wins had brought in business, the COVID-19 restrictions had made this year more challenging.
"Winning last year definitely brought more people to Kyneton," he said. "We're hoping the same will happen when restrictions are lifted.
"People will be able to go to our Kyneton or Boronia store to try a good pie."
In the meantime, Mr Khun said the Country Cob Bakery had set up an online store.
Residents in places like Bendigo, Mount Alexander, Ballarat, and metropolitan Melbourne could purchase the award-winning pastries at countrycobbakery.com.au
Mr Khun said the bakery was also hoping to win a fourth consecutive year at the 2021 awards.
"We always love the competition," he said. "We just want to prove that our product can match it with the best of the best."
