Tweed Sutherland's commercial industrial manager Tom Harrop said the building was last on the market about a decade ago and is immaculately presented.

"The key features are the superb renovations done several years ago and the property's central location," Mr Harrop said.
Restaurant Rocks on Rosalind was a tenant of the building for seven years, until it elected not to renew its lease and closed in June.
The building also features 10 themed guest rooms with high class furnishings and ample space for further development.
There is ample on-site car parking and provision for footpath dining, if required.
"The space is suitable for restaurants, office, art gallery or retail space," Mr Harrop said.
"It has only just come on the market and it is scarce for property's of this calibre to be listed."
