Premier Daniel Andrews said there are 25 active COVID-19 cases in Greater Bendigo, the same number as yesterday.
Victoria has recorded 182 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, an increase of three cases from Friday.
It is the second successive day case numbers have been below 200 new cases since early July.
Cases in regional Victoria are also lower, with 247 active cases in regional Victoria.
"We have seen a reduction in cases in those big regional cities and we are seeing less cases in regional Victoria and that is exactly what we want," Mr Andrews said.

More than 21,000 COVID-19 tests were received yesterday, with Mr Andrews encouraging people, even with mild symptoms to present for testing.
"Don't put off getting a test if you have symptoms because it's cold and wet," Mr Andrews said.
"Please come forward and get tested over the course of the weekend because without that data, it is hard to make decisions about what place we are at and what if any changes we can make and when."
The state government launched a new communications campaign on Saturday, featuring well known Victorians.
Sharon Strezlecki, Shane Jacobson, Tayla Harris, Waleed Aly, Nazeem Hussain and more are asking Victorians to play their part in stopping the spread of COVID-19.
The campaign will be across all platforms and emphasise wearing a mask, washing your hands, keeping your distance and getting tested if you have symptoms.

Mr Andrews said it is only through wearing masks and adhering to public health advice that Victoria will be able to move to a new phase.
"The time to deal with jobs that have been lost, creating new jobs, driving investment, getting our economy moving forward and supporting families, workers, businesses and communities is going to come, but we need to make sure we are doing all the public health things that will make the rebuilding possible," Mr Andrews said.
Victoria's chief health officer Brett Sutton said he was pleased to see two days in a row of fewer than 200 cases.
"That is showing up in the stabilisation of hospital figures as well, we have a decrease in hospitalised patients, a decrease in ICU and even ventilators," Professor Sutton said.
'The overall trend is positive.
"Next week, if we carry on like this, we will see numbers below 150."
Mr Andrews said there are 610 people in hospital receiving treatment for COVID-19, with 36 people in intensive care and 22 people on a ventilator.

More than 18,000 cases have been recorded in Victoria since the onset of the pandemic.
On Friday, Premier Daniel Andrews said there are 25 active cases in Greater Bendigo, a decrease of two cases from Thursday.
One new case was linked to a COVID-19 cluster at Hazeldene's Chicken Farm, bringing the total number to 37 on Friday.
There were four fewer active cases in the Macedon Ranges, at 16.
There was still one active case in Campaspe shire, and one in Central Goldfields shire.
Mount Alexander, Loddon and Gannawarra shires have no active cases.
The Department of Health and Human Services will provide an update on the number of active cases in each local government area on Saturday afternoon.
