Bendigo has 25 active COVID-19 cases, two fewer than Thursday.
The total number of cases in the local government area since the start of the pandemic rose by one, to 96.
There are four fewer active cases in the Macedon Ranges, at 16.
Total cases in the shire since the start of the pandemic dropped by two, to 56.
Figures for the rest of the region remain stable.
There is still one active case in Campaspe shire, and one in Central Goldfields shire.
Campaspe Shire has recorded seven COVID-19 infections since the start of the pandemic. Central Goldfields shire has had two cases, in total.
Mount Alexander, Loddon and Gannawarra shires have no active cases.

Premier Daniel Andrews said there was no room for complacency as the state's case numbers dropped.
"We can't assume this is over. It's an ultra-marathon and we're not halfway yet," he said.
He urged people to come forward and get tested if they had symptoms.
The state recorded 179 new COVID-19 infections on Friday, marking the first time in five weeks that daily cases were below 200.
There were 269 cases active in regional Victoria.
Friday saw nine new deaths, bringing the number of lives lost to the virus in Victoria to 385.
