It means the year 12 students will have less anxiety about securing a university course for 2021.
The Aspire program recognises leadership and community contribution and gives deserving students an early conditional offer and access to unique support programs, industry connections and networking opportunities.
La Trobe Pro Vice-Chancellor - Regional Guinever Threlkeld said applications for the Aspire program were open until August 31 with offers going out until mid September.
"It's a tough year to be doing year 12 this year," Dr Threlkeld said. "This opportunity to apply through Aspire and receive an early conditional offer is a relief to students.
"In talking with year 12 students and school principals, we're aware of the anxiety and rollercoaster that is year 12 (during the pandemic)."

Bendigo Senior Secondary College student Claudia Millington received an early conditional offer for an early childhood and primary teaching course.
"(This year) has been so inconsistent," she said. "When I got told I had received an early offer, it took away that anxiety. I can go in to (exams in November) knowing I have got an offer and can do my best to come out the other end of exams knowing my hard work has paid off."
Claudia chose early education because of her love for working with children.
She is a volunteer coach at Zodiacs Netball Club, babysits and competed work experience at a kindergarten.
"You have to show your impact in the community, which I have with my volunteering," she said. "I was fortunate to get an early conditional offer.
"I have always enjoyed working with kids, they're so much fun. I have also grown up with my schooling being full of good experiences, I'd love to reciprocate that for other children."
Applications for La Trobe University's Aspire close on August 31.
