Inglewood Sergeant Sean Dickson said the six people were between the ages of 19 and 23 and came from the suburbs of Sunshine and Sunshine North.
They were staying on a 40-acre property in Wedderburn, in breach of stage four COVID-19 restrictions.
Police attended the property at 9am on Saturday.
All six people were issued with $1652 fines.
One of the six was later intercepted by police while driving on the Calder Highway at Inglewood, about 3.30pm.
Sergeant Dickson said the 22-year-old man was driving while disqualified.
The man's vehicle was impounded.
Sergeant Dickson said the man would have to attend the Bendigo Magistrates' Court for the driving offence.
Retrieving the impounded vehicle was likely to cost $1700.
It was not the first driver police at Inglewood had encountered in recent days who was in breach of COVID-19 restrictions and driving while disqualified, Sergeant Dickson said.
Police were called to a single-vehicle crash in Logan about 4pm on Thursday.
Sergeant Dickson said the driver, a 38-year-old man from Sebastopol, was driving while suspended.
The man's car was severely damaged as a result of crashing into a tree along Wedderburn-Logan Road.
Sergeant Dickson said the driver wasn't injured.

"Every weekend there have been tickets written out for breaches of COVID-19 restrictions," the sergeant said.
"All ours are people from Melbourne coming up."
He warned people who might be considering breaching restrictions by visiting the region that police were on the lookout.
"The roadblock that is set up down at Gisborne is all well and good for people travelling on the Calder Highway, but also the local police are checking every vehicle that comes into town," the sergeant said.
He said people were also leaving anonymous tips on the Police Assistance Line.
People could call 131 444 or make an online report.
