I find that statement extraordinary.

While often the Addy shows a transparent leaning to the politically correct left, which makes my teeth curl, in this matter the reporting is as unbiased and informative as one could expect.

The Advertiser is a business, it is of course trying to sell newspapers. I find it unlikely they are trying to drum up sales by sensationalising the situation.

An example is face coverings and social distancing. Just walk down to your local shopping centre and take a look.

I saw four people all within two metres of each other smoking, having a coffee and having a chat. Of course you can't smoke and drink coffee wearing a mask, but why not distance yourself?
