A Catholic Education Office Sandhurst spokesperson on Wednesday confirmed there were two cases linked to the White Hills primary school.
The spokesperson said coronavirus contact tracing at the school was "well advanced".
It came as the Department of Health and Human Services on Tuesday reported 16 coronavirus cases were linked to St Joseph's Primary School in Quarry Hill.
The Catholic Education Office Sandhurst spokesperson said they were aware of only 14 cases at the school - 11 students and three teachers.
A DHHS spokesperson said close contacts at the school who tested positive to COVID-19 would be included in their tally.

The first case at St Joseph's Primary School was confirmed on July 29, when a staff member tested positive to the virus. The school was closed for a deep cleaning.
Another two staff members tested positive to COVID-19 on August 2 and 3.
The Quarry Hill school then confirmed two students had tested positive to coronavirus on August 3.
Another six students were confirmed as positive cases on Thursday and one student tested positive to coronavirus on Friday.
There were another two confirmed COVID-19 cases at the school on Monday.
Families were told last week that they must get tested for coronavirus as the situation at the school had progressed to an "outbreak".
Bendigo Health was assigned to contact tracing at the school late on August 3, five days after the first confirmed coronavirus case at the school.
Families at St Joseph's Primary School who were isolating due to the COVID-19 cluster were having issues obtaining the federal government's $1500 pandemic disaster leave payment, despite being eligible for the financial support.
Bendigo Health on Friday provided a letter to the Quarry Hill school in the hope it could help families.
A Department of Home Affairs spokesperson on Wednesday said that letter would be sufficient evidence to Centrelink.
"The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services has advised that Bendigo Health is acting as one of their agents," the spokesperson said.
"A letter from Bendigo Health advising the person that they need to self-isolate, or that they are caring for a child who has to self-isolate, would be considered sufficient to show they are isolating for COVID reasons."
