Madison Epworth applied for bail at the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Monday. She has been charged with four counts of trafficking a drug of dependence.
The court heard about 4.15am on Saturday, Ms Epworth was in a vehicle that police intercepted on Sutton Road in Maryborough.
It is alleged during a pat-down search, police found two small ziplock bags concealed in Ms Epworth's bra.
The bags allegedly contained a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine and small green tablets believed to be ecstasy.
Police told the court they found in Ms Epworth's handbag a syringe and container containing a clear substance believed to be GHB.
Ms Epworth also allegedly had $3080 in cash in her handbag. The cash was mostly in $50 notes.
Ms Epworth and the other two occupants of the car were arrested and brought to the Maryborough Police Station for questioning.

The court heard the two other occupants told police they had purchased the drug ice from Ms Epworth, paying $300 in $50 notes.
Police seized Ms Epworth's mobile phone and allegedly found messages relating to drug trafficking.
Police told the court that in the mobile phone's notes application, Ms Epworth had a price list for drugs including ice, cannabis, and GHB.
Ms Epworth denied the charges, telling officers in the police interview that she couldn't comment on what was found in the ziplock bags and that the liquid found in the syringe was eye serum.
Ms Epworth also told police the cash found in her handbag was her tax return.
Informant First Constable Samuel Fary told the court Ms Epworth should not be granted bail because she was an unacceptable risk of re-offending.
First Constable Fary said there was also the risk that Ms Epworth would harass and interfere with witnesses.
Ms Epworth, who was representing herself, told the court she should be granted bail because she had no prior convictions and she had stable accommodation.
But Magistrate Rodney Higgins refused Ms Epworth's bail application and she was remanded in custody.
Ms Epworth is due to return to the Bendigo Magistrates' Court later this month.
