The "border bubble" has not been changed, but a new border REGION has been created which means critical service workers ONLY can now work without needing to quarantine for 14 days
Victorian towns previously excluded from the border bubble including Tallangatta and Rutherglen have been included in the border REGION, but Beechworth and Yackandandah still remain out altogether..
The definition of "day school" has been deleted from the permit and replaced by "specialist school".
The Border Mail has sought comment from cross-border commissioner James McTavish and a comprehensive list of the changes.
