Regional Victoria moved back to stage three restrictions on Thursday, meaning residents can only leave home to shop for food and essential items; for care and caregiving; for daily exercise; and for work and study if not possible from home.
Bendigo Kangan Institute chief executive Sally Curtain said the new restrictions would not affect the way courses were delivered at Bendigo TAFE.
"Essential practical assessments are being delivered on campus and these will continue," she said. "All other course work is delivered remotely.

"When on any campus staff and students must adhere to PPE requirements, use the hand sanitiser provided, and practice social distancing.
"These measures have been in place across all Bendigo and Melbourne campuses since March."
Ms Curtain said designated course areas at the Kangan Institute's metro campuses would also be able to continue with practical assessments.
That included assessments for safe working practice and infection control, apprenticeships in approved construction, and assessments in clinical health and biomedical science.
La Trobe University confirmed similar measures would take place at its campuses.
A university spokesperson on Monday said there would still be limited on-site teaching and approved research at La Trobe's regional campuses, including Bendigo.
