The restrictions will see library branches and depots, sport stadiums, playgrounds, skate parks and outdoor gym equipment shut from the close of business on Wednesday, 5 August.
The Port of Echuca Discovery Centre and Echuca War Memorial Aquatic Centre will also be off limits.
Campaspe Shire chief executive Declan Moore said customer service centres remain open in line with current directions, with customers encouraged to call, email or use online services where possible.
"While maintaining essential services to the community is always council's priority, we must abide by all government and Chief Health Officer directions to limit the spread of COVID-19," Mr Moore said.
Waste collection and transfer stations will operate as normal, while immunisations and animal shelter services will be by appointment only.
The Maternal and Child Health Service is offering phone consultations, with face-to-face visits restricted.
All library books currently on loan will be automatically renewed with no accrual of fines, according to Mr Moore.
The most recent COVID-19 update from the Department of Health and Human Services reveals Campaspe Shire has one active COVID-19 case, as of Tuesday, 4 August.
