The case is in the Macedon Ranges Shire taking their total coronavirus cases to 31. The shire has 20 active cases.
Greater Bendigo did not record a new COVID-19 cases on Saturday after seen new cases on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.
There have been a total of 30 cases for Greater Bendigo with 19 currently active.
Buloke Shire has not recorded a case during the entire coronavirus pandemic.
Mount Alexander remains on nine total cases, Loddon and Campaspe each have six, Gannawarra has two cases and Central Goldfields has seen one.
In Victoria today, there were 397 new cases announced.

This morning, premier Daniel Andrews said the numbers were still significant despite being less than Thursday and Friday.
"While there is temptation to read trends into the numbers, there is still growing concerns in the number of community transmission cases," he said.
"The numbers are too high and there is a growing case for us to do more. These (current) settings have avoided the notion of thousands of cases each day.
"Today is not the day to announce any further steps."
