The star Clayton Tonkin-trained five-year-old will be at almost unbackable adds as he attempts to add his 14th career win from an impressive 15 starts.
Ride High is making his third trip to Lord's Raceway after winning a pair of races back in August 2018.
The son of Art Major has been in white-hot form since his return to the track in June, peeling off three-straight blistering wins, by an average margin of 18.4m, with star driver Kima Frenning aboard.
Another small field of rivals will include two from the Glenn Douglas and Julie Douglas stables, Goodboy Cowboy and Courageous Saint.
Glenn Douglas, who last Sunday notched his 2000th career training win, this week sung the praises of Ride High.
"He's certainly beaten all before him, you can't take that away from him," he said.
Like all involved in harness racing, Douglas is eager to see whether a proposed match race with fellow star Lochinvar Art goes ahead.
"It will be really interesting, I really like Lochinvar Art, albeit Ride High has beaten all before him," he said.
"There's positive and negatives you could make for both horses in terms of a match-race, but it would be a super race that people in the industry will love to watch.
"It's a pity there'd be no crowd, but I'm sure there will be plenty enough build up as they are definitely the two up and coming stars.
"It would be a great race to watch and certainly a great tactical race."
Brad Chisholm takes the steer on the Glenn Douglas-trained Goodnight Cowboy on Saturday night, while Bendigo's Ellen Tormey will be aboard the Julie Douglas-trained Courageous Saint.
Current market for the Garrads Horse and Hound Pace (NR 85 to 120 - 1650m): Ride High ($1.10), Sirletic ($6.50), Idealsomemagic ($8.50), Bettor Be The Bomb ($14), Courageous Saint ($34), Carla Clare ($51), Goodboy Cowboy ($51), Repeat After Me ($51).
