Council has combined with the Centre of Optimism to promote a more positive mindset - is this 1984?

Virtual visitor in lockdown
Despite lockdown, I visit Bendigo at least once a week from London.
How? Thanks to You Tube, and the excellent train video of the journey to Bendigo from Melbourne, I am a regular visitor.
It's a great video, and one I would recommend to all.
I visited Bendigo in the 70,s and 80,s, and have great memories.

Don't break the law
The BLM people have been vocal in their condemnation of police treatment of people in custody.
The court in NSW told the BLM people that their rally was forbidden.
The BLM people rallied anyway, and were promptly taken into custody.
Hello? Is there an entire section of the population who have no concept of the meaning of the word no?
I would suggest that to avoid being in custody, not breaking the law is a great place to start.

Refugee debate
There are several kinds of migrants and refugees.
The majority of migrants are people, who are finding it hard to manage in their native countries.
They are trying to get in countries, where the living conditions are better.
Refugees are mostly people, who have been managing well, but forced to leave by radical racial, national, tribal, political or religious regimes.
Some migrants claim to be refugees, in order to gain public sympathy.
Countries should be free to choose how many and what kind of people they want to take in.
But some of them have large ethnic groups, which are putting political pressure on the government.

Call for calm
I was wondering if in this political crisis, if the White House will be changed to the Gray Place!
Will street names be altered as well?
Or people's surnames and color charts.
This rubbish has to stop.
