Motivation won't be a problem for BDCA reigning premiers Strathdale-Maristians, according to reappointed senior coach David Bakes.

The Suns had the most successful season in BDCA history last summer, winning the first XI premiership, the one-day final and the statewide Regional Big Bash trophy.
History shows that it's hard to win back-to-back flags, but Bakes said the Suns would be up for the challenge.
"This group is so competitive,'' Bakes said.
"How many times have they been in games like the semi last year against White Hills where their back was against the wall?
"They managed to create a contest and win the game. That's the way they play.
"They concentrate on their own game and their own improvement. That's what stimulates the playing group.
"They want that same winning feeling again. There won't be any problems with getting the players motivated to win again."
The Suns have retained their premiership team from last summer, including opening bowler Chris Sole who was in Scotland's squad for the now postponed Twenty20 World Cup.
Bakes said while some clubs choose to go down the spending money path to "buy a premiership", the Suns will continue to develop their youth.
The likes of James Barri, Matt Wilkinson, Nathan Walker and Darcy Bakes have the talent to play first XI cricket and will keep the pressure on the Suns' more experienced players.

The club also has another wave of promising juniors coming through the under-16 ranks.
A three-time premiership coach at the Suns, Bakes said he was honoured to take on the role for another season.
"I don't feel that it's the coach's obligation or choice to say he's doing it again,'' Bakes said.
"I didn't want it to be assumed that I'd keep going. I shouldn't just get the job because I was the incumbent or because I've been there a long time.
"The club went through a process and the fact they wanted me to coach again is a tick of approval to say that we're going about it the right way."
