Lynn, Neil and Kane Francis have provided property maintenance and home safety support since 1999.
Many of their clients have been with them for the full two decades.

Lynn said the family would miss the interaction with their clients. She said many became like part of their family, especially those on their books for nearly the whole time.
"Most people over the years, the vast majority of people are so thankful for the work you do for them," she said.
"Living in a small community, it's just nice to be going down the street, and you just know so many people."
The family team began after seeing a tender in a Saturday Bendigo Advertiser. Father and son Neil and Kane had been building houses for many years, and were looking for a change.
They began with about 130 clients, but the number is now around 800. Lynn said as the population aged, more people needed the service.
When they began, most of their work was mowing lawns.
It's since become more about safety services to help people stay in their own homes.
Lynn said both she and Neil were ready for retirement, after being on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for so long.
It's a retirement for them. Son Kane plans to work somewhere in the building industry.
Lynn and Neil plan to spend more time with grandchildren in Ballarat, and next year maybe travel.
