A La Trobe University student is seeking volunteers for a study into how interactions with dogs can affect mental health while working from home.
Honours student Andrew Napier said the mental health benefits of interaction with dogs were well known, but he wanted to know more.
OTHER NEWS:
He said most research focused unstructured interactions, but he wanted to know if training made a difference.
Mr Napier is seeking people and their canine companions to take part in a 20 minute interview.
One group of interviewees will play with their dogs for 10 minutes, the other will take part in a guided training session.
Mr Napier said the study was very flexible, and extremely easy for people to take part.
