A vehicle has driven through the fence of an unoccupied property in central Bendigo on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to Rowan and Wattle Streets just after 10am to find find a silver Volkswagen on the property's verandah.
Ambulance Victoria said the male driver was the vehicle's sole occupant and was assessed at the scene and did not require emergency medical care.
It's been another busy weekend for Bendigo's emergency service crews who also attended a gas pipe rupture in Epsom on Saturday morning.
Nearby residents were advised to stay indoors as power and gas services were turned off for a number of hours.
