Thanks to more than $10,000 in donations, parents were able to plan and construct the new playspace.
Marong Primary School council president Chris Lakey said the spider web climbing frame is showpiece of the space.
"We also put together a balance beam course made from natural timbers, a rope course and rock tree stump balance course," Mr Lakey said.
The playspace was designed with all students in mind.
"We thought the school needed a playspace that would appeal to students of all ages," Mr Lakey said.
"After reaching out to some local companies, even more were happy to donate goods for the project."
Project donors include Villawood, New Life Timber, White Air Plumbing and ASQ.
Students return to primary and secondary schools across Bendigo today, following a two week break.
