It has lodged plans with the City of Greater Bendigo for new and moved water tanks and a treatment facility at 29 Caellis Road.
The works would allow firefighters to train with recycled water.
They would also benefit from new drainage, fencing and a concrete training area. Parts of the facility would also get a face lift.
