They will return to racing this Saturday on a criterium track setup at the Huntly Livestock Exchange.
BDCC vice president Syd Anstee said the junior riders were thrilled to be back and are ready for some racing action.
"The best thing about racing at the Livestock Exchange is it's a safe closed-off circuit away from cars," he said.
The BDCC will have several social distancing and health and safety restrictions in place to ensure the safety of all attendees.
"It is important that we all do our part to ensure the safety of our riders, officials, members and the Bendigo community," Anstee said
"To minimise numbers gathering, please restrict parents to one per rider and remember to observe social distancing if you are attending."
Under-11/13s will start from 2pm, followed by Under-15/17s from 2.20pm (entries close Friday via EntryBoss).
