WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN BIKING SKILLS SESSION
Hosted by Trailhead Coaching and the Bendigo Mountain Bike Club, this event is an all women's beginner and intermediate skills session focusing on basic mountain biking.
The session will cover positioning and balance; and gears and brakes.
Trained instructor Jo will guide you through step-by-step and help build your confidence so you can enjoy a smoother ride when on varied terrain.
The session is perfect for complete beginners and intermediate riders. The maximum participants for this session will be six.
Please ensure you bring the following:
- MTB in good working order
- Australian Standards Approved Helmet
- Spares - tube, pump, etc
- Suitable ride attire - it could be quite cold or wet
- Water, snacks and any medications

BABY - TODDLER SLEEP WORKSHOP
Sleep is the number one reported issue with children aged up to five years.
This workshop will help you learn about music therapy and how it can affect your child.
Find out about nightmares, separation anxiety and waking.
This workshop will run for two hours with an expert and other locals.
