KYNETON pulled off a stunning upset in round 10 of the Addy Iso-Season for the Bendigo league on Saturday, finally breaking through for its first win at the expense of Gisborne.

The underdog Tigers had gone into the clash at Gardiner Reserve 0-9 and with an average losing margin of 66 points, but they upstaged the Bulldogs to win 14.11 (95) to 13.11 (89) - results are now being generated from 2015-19 match-ups between sides in the second half of the season.
As well as Kyneton, Castlemaine also won in round 10, meaning the two bottom sides were victorious.
Castlemaine beat Maryborough by 31 points, putting the foot down in the final term at Princes Park.
The feature match of the day between top three sides Sandhurst and Strathfieldsaye at the QEO ended in a hard-fought 11.13 (79) to 10.8 (68) win for the Storm, leaving both sides with 8-2 records.
Elsewhere, Golden Square improved to 10-0 with a 55-point win over Kangaroo Flat after keeping the Roos to just six goals at Wade Street, while Eaglehawk knocked over South Bendigo, also by a 55-point margin.

HEATHCOTE DISTRICT
Huntly was the talk of the Heathcote District league after a remarkable upset against Lockington-Bamawm United.
Going into the match the Hawks were winless and on the bottom; the Cats were unbeaten and on top.
But what unfolded was a result that left the Cats stunned - not only did the reinvigorated Hawks win, they bolted home by 44 points, triumphing 17.11 (113) to 10.9 (69), with more worrying injuries coming out of the game for LBU.
Leitchville-Gunbower fired off an ominous warning, climbing two places from sixth to fourth off the back of its commanding 64-point win over White Hills at Scott Street.
Third-placed Heathcote has cause for concern after copping a 35-defeat from Elmore, which won its third game, while North Bendigo again had the measure of Colbinabbin, recording a 27-point victory at Atkins Street.

Mitiamo continues to make its move in the Loddon Valley league, closing to within one game of the top four.
The Superoos, who had started the season a shaky 0-4, won their third game in a row, beating Newbridge 12.11 (83) to 9.8 (62), but their momentum will be halted next week with a bye.
Fresh from a bye last week, Calivil United moved into the top three with a hard-fought 16-point win over Bears Lagoon-Serpentine, which has hit a mid-season speed bump.
Following a 5-1 start the Bears have now lost three games in a row.
The closest game of the round was the battle between Maiden Gully YCW and Marong, with the Eagles holding off the fast-finishing Panthers to win by six points, while Pyramid Hill boosted its percentage with a 99-point win over Inglewood.

For the second time this season Birchip-Watchem has beaten Sea Lake Nandaly by one point.
And remarkably, their round 10 encounter finished with the exact scoreline as their round three match-up, with the surging Bulls winning 10.9 (69) to 10.8 (68) in what was another gripping tussle where the biggest margin that separated the two was the eight points the Tigers led by midway through the second term.
The round also featured another one-point thriller as Charlton edged out the slumping Wedderburn 11.12 (78) to 11.11 (77) in the clash of third v fourth.
In other games, ladder-leader Wycheproof-Narraport accounted for St Arnaud by 29 points, while Donald inflicted a fourth loss in a row on Boort, with the Royals winning comfortably by 50 points to keep in touch with the top four.
