The last active case was reported in the Campaspe Shire on Wednesday June 3.
The region has reported 33 cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
Victoria reported four new cases on Sunday, bringing the total number active within the state to 70.
One was a household contact linked to an outbreak at Faulkner McDonald's. The other three cases were returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
On Saturday Victoria marked its first day without new COVID-19 cases reported since March 5.
