Results for the Addy Iso-Season have been generated using the average scores of match-ups between opponents over the past decade. We hope everyone takes it for what it is - a bit of fun while there is no local football being played.
BENDIGO LEAGUE
GISBORNE was involved in another thriller in Addy Iso-Season action for the Bendigo league in round eight on Saturday.
A week after their after-the-siren two-point win over Eaglehawk, this time the Bulldogs were on the end of a two-point defeat to Sandhurst, going down 13.13 (91) to 13.11 (89) in an epic at Gardiner Reserve.
The gripping victory for the Dragons keeps them with a two-game buffer inside the top three approaching the halfway mark of the season.
Elsewhere, Maryborough took it up to Eaglehawk for three quarters, but couldn't go the distance.
The Magpies led by two points at three quarter-time, but the Hawks assumed control in the final term to win by 22 points.
In other games, Golden Square remained unbeaten with a 41-point win over South Bendigo, Kangaroo Flat played four solid quarters to beat Kyneton by 73 points and win its third game, while Strathfieldsaye recorded the biggest win of the round by 81 points over Castlemaine.

HEATHCOTE DISTRICT
Lockington-Bamawm United has now completed a full set of victories over all opponents in the Heathcote District league after adding Leitchville-Gunbower to its list of scalps.
For the seventh time in their eight games the Cats kicked more than 100 points in their 18.15 (123) to 8.8 (56) victory, but it has come at a cost with several key injuries that are going to severely test their depth once they resume after their bye next week.
Heathcote retained third spot with a hard-fought nine-point win over White Hills, while North Bendigo kicked away late from a plucky Huntly to prevail 17.13 (115) to 14.11 (95).
