VICTORIANS had five acceptable reasons to leave home this weekend - the first since the state's COVID-19 restrictions were relaxed to permit visiting friends and family.
And there was hope of further easing restrictions from June 1 to enable eateries to offer more than just a takeaway service.
"We need to be really clear though: this is not a done deal. These timelines will depend on how we're tracking," Premier Daniel Andrews said.
Central Victoria has recorded 30 confirmed cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic started.
