Kane Cooper, 15, was last seen about 4pm on Tuesday, March 31 in North Bendigo.
Police say Kane has medical conditions.
The teenager is described as being 188 centimetres tall, with curly brown hair, blue eyes, and a slim build.

He was last known to be wearing a blue cap, white T-shirt, black shorts and Nike runners.
Anyone with information on Kane's whereabouts is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
