It follows restrictions on domestic and international travel and discourages Victorians from any non-essential travel.
Other areas within parks will remain open to allow for exercise, but social distancing must be practiced and those who are unwell must follow the advice from Victoria's chief health officer and remain at home.
Parks Victoria chief executive Matthew Jackson said the closures were in line with directives from the chief health officer.
"(They) ensure that no outside public gatherings of 500 or more occur, and inside gatherings of more than 100 people," he said.
"These closures are in place to protect visitors, volunteers, customers and our staff."
"This is a rapidly evolving situation so we request anyone visiting a park please check latest conditions and closures at www.parks.vic.gov.au/COVID19 before visiting."
