The state Department of Health and Human Services says there are 574 cases of coronavirus in Victoria.
54 new coronavirus cases were reported overnight, with almost 28,000 people tested statewide.
Greater Bendigo had its first coronavirus case reported on Thursday afternoon and its tally remains at 1, according to the most recent state figures.
Bendigo Health chief executive Peter Faulkner confirmed Bendigo's positive result on Thursday.
"I can confirm a person who presented to our screening clinic on March 23 has tested positive for coronavirus," Mr Faulkner said.
"The person had just returned from overseas and took the precautionary measure to present to the screening clinic.
"The patient is recovering at home in self-isolation."
Three Victorians have died after contracting coronavirus, with 13 deaths nationwide.
Since 3pm on Thursday, the Department of Health reports there have been 186 new coronavirus cases across Australia.
There are 2985 confirmed cases in Australia, with almost half of those (1405) in New South Wales.
